As Vulture pointed out, this is a picture of Ryan Gosling when he gained weight for The Lovely Bones (which prompted director Peter Jackson to fire him from the project). Technically, it’s a picture of a picture snapped by World of Wonder‘s James St. James at a Thai restaurant in California.
While I’m not sure if I’d agree with St. James that Gosling’s “fat” in this image (maybe mildly chunky), I do agree that he’s still pretty damn sexy (but let’s not call him a “bear”, please). Maybe even sexier? I don’t know. I’d have to see him without his shirt on. Also, without his pants… Yes, in this important study of sexiness, it would be necessary to see him without pants.
