People Love Their Popeyes

Popeyes, the famous chicken fast food eatery, had a one day special last week that actually made some customers furious. Why? Because they ran out of chicken! When customers drove to the intercom, a recorded message informed them of the lack of chicken and that Popeye's would not be open for the rest of the day.

One chain in Minneapolis didn't participate in the special, which ruffled quite a few feathers. Despite the lack of a special, the line for the drive through was insanely long–and the po-po had to get involved.

Check out the videos, and see what the commotion is all about. If you watch closely, you can spot something funny on one of the signs. Come on Randy, we all know you're a grammar nazi. Let's see if you can figure it out.

    Also (second vid),
    People need to pay attention.
On all of these types of advertisements there is an easy-to-see line of text:
    ‘AT PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS.’
It’s rare that an individual location will choose to not participate but it happens.
Say ‘Oh, okay’ then either walk away, or order something.
    shit
