I think he’s an actor, acording to the caption… a quick google search will show u that there another Leandro Lima that is a football player, but he looks very different…
there is another link saying that there is a Leandro Lima model turned actor, which I assume is the guy above…. that is very common in Brazil, for models to turn into actors…. the name Leandro Lima is also quite common, separate or together…
with the exception of the portuguese hint at the magazine cover, everything else was easily accessible in good ol’ english at google, with images to boot… better fact checking next time 😉
