Based on context clues alone, I’m thinking mikitoDF doesn’t want to meet with anyone unless they have a face picture. Another portion of his profile translated to “Particular interest in intelligent people without prejudice”, which is totally ridiculous, because isn’t he discriminating against people who suffer from facelessness? How dare him!

I believe the correct English translation is “The only thing important to me is the face.”
