Why is this man touching himself? Duh, because he’s so excited about Jurgen Katzengruber‘s photography! This guy studied under the direction of fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, and it’s quite possible that he picked up on a smidgen of her creative energy. Only in his case, he channeled it towards taking pictures of really attractive men.
Along with the pristine model types, Katzengruber’s work also focuses on normal folks who don’t spend every hour in the gym. On top of that, he’s got an eye for intriguing compositions, and his subdued color palate is refreshing in this overly saturated world. What do you think?

I think he is about the ugliest guy manhunt has ever posted. But that is just my opinion.
No way! It’s nice to see someone that looks fairly average and comfortable in his skin! Bravo!

He choice of lighting (on some of these shots), and subdued colors is nice, but his composition leaves A LOT to be desired.
The third picture reminds me of an old Channel No. 5 commercial from 1979.
And if you have to resort to photo-shopping in special effects, like he did in the 5th picture … you know you’re in trouble.
I agree that it’s nice that he’s using some normal guys, but I’m not crazy about the overall composition of the shots.
I will pass! Nothing against ‘normal’ guys, but I just do not like this one.
Well they certainly aren’t your standard gay model types…or really any standard model types. But clearly their look works for the photographer and that’s all that is important.
