The Super-Gay Adventures of Ron Boston is a free webcomic by Atlanta-based illustrator Drew Green. The premise isn’t exactly what you’d think of when you hear the phrase “super-gay”. In fact, we might need to let the author explain this one for himself:
“It tells the story of a 23-year-old gay pizza boy who gets swept up into a life of adventure after assisting a Wizard in peril. The two are joined by an ’80s workout video instructor, a sassy gay beast, and a super-secret ex-spy, all of whom work together to protect the monster citizens of an alternate version of our very own planet Earth.”
See what we mean? It’s ten times more dorky and incredible than the title would lead you to believe. We zoomed through the first twenty pages of episode one, and now we’re anxiously awaiting the next update on Friday.
