You may have heard of many cases where someone has been convicted of a crime that they did not commit, such as rape, until new DNA evidence proves their innocence. Well that is the case here. Three top forensic scientists and the Innocence Project are on board now and “Jack” has filed for a new hearing. Thank you so much. I really expected to receive some mean comments based on the previous comments. It’s really too bad that the writer of the article didn’t do much research; he could have told the other side rather than regurgitate the same old lies (there is proof that these are lies on the website). A book cannot always be judged by it’s cover. Chris (Jack Venice) is an intelligent, articulate, strong person who has kept a positive attitude in spite of what he is dealing with and the lies told about him. I didn’t expect a journalistic article before entering this site but I still was very disappointed that the writer did not make any attempt to uncover the truth to those questions. Worst of all are some of these comments. They are cruel, hateful, and demeaning without cause or reason.
I admit that when I first found out about Jack (Chris) Venice’s sentence I thought he was a fool for raping that girl, but as I delved deeper I realized the case against him had no foundation. I not only have read everything on udontnojack.com (much of the discovery package can be read here) but I’ve also read the trial transcripts. Not only has the prosecution been misleading but several of the witnesses lied during the trial, including the alleged rape victim. No evidence places him at the scene of the crime, no DNA evidence, no fingerprints. Don’t take my word for it; I would suggest that anyone reading this look into it for themselves.
So what is Jack doing now? I believe Samm9 summed it up. If this is not enough to convince anyone I’ll give out a little tidbit. One of the forensic scientists helping Jack is Dr. Greg Hampikian who recently was the DNA expert in the Amanda Knox case that ultimately found her innocent.
Well, I’m glad someone actuallly bothered to report what is happening iwth Jack Vencie. Regarding prison rape — it happens, but I read that it’s not as common as Hollywood would have you believe.
I don’t know if Jack will ever do porn again (probably not a great idea), but he was one of the few straight performers who really wound my clock.
