Very endearing and touching, they obviously have been hand raised and for the moment, love him. Unfortunately, when they begin to reach adulthood, their hormones will kick in and they will become the wild animals that they genetically are.
I wish he had the opportunity to be on my ranch and help raise bottle lambs, or calves, that will remain domesticated. Wild animals should not be attempted into domestic living.
 I would mostly agree with you, but do you know what the context is? That sounds catty (bad pun) in text form, but I’m actually asking. I mean, rescues are different from institutions like for-profit zoos, breeders and circuses. They’re not necessarily attempting to domesticate them, though many of them do put an emphasis on what is often a situation of (more than “natural”) communal living.
Apparently Taylor Swift’s a fan of this guy getting hugged by lions too. His name’s Douglas Hamilton and he has a single which is surprisingly not terrible though the single cover is sort of cheesey.
I’d jump on his lap and lick him and kiss him, too. Those cubs have great taste!
ok…that was seriously the coolest thing i’v seen in a very long time… agree with everyone else about getting the warm and fuzzies watching this…the natural innocence, love and trust shown here is just wonderful…if only the rest of the world could get along as well as these guys…thankyou for sharing that video with us… loving the scottish brogue btw…scots and irishmen…always a winner 🙂
I’m just amazed at how affection the cubs are and how they like to hug him!!! Â I’m always blown away to see this type of interaction with a wild animal.
I always wanted a lion pup. But then, i’m afraid that he’d eat me in my sleep when he grows up… That thought ruins everything. But still… so damn cute, those little monsters!!
