A British official living in Montego Bay, Jamaica was found brutally murdered and only a warning and grim scene were left behind. A note that reads, "'This is what will happen to ALL gays" was found on John Terry's body this past Wednesday.
Timesonline.co.uk reports, "Police would not say whether Mr Terry’s murder was thought to be linked to his work as a Justice of the Peace but they were investigating the possibility that the attack might have been homophobic after a handwritten note on his body described him as a 'batty man', local slang for a homosexual. The note also said: 'This is what will happen to ALL gays.' It was signed: 'Gay-Man'."
That's just a little terrifying... and tragic for Terry's family and friends. Jamaica hasn't been known for it's gay-friendliness, but this is just ridiculous.

Okay, we're kind of kidding, but talk about a quote only a gay man would find hillarious. From the UK's The List:
"The soccer superstar, who is currently playing for Italian team AC Milan, reportedly has a huge appetite for Culatello - which translates as "little bum" - an Italian delicacy made out of pig's rears. David - who has been in the European country since January without wife Victoria - was first given the food by his club's former manager Carlo Ancelotti, and the pair have been spotted eating it on a number of occasions. A source said: "David can't get enough of this fine delicacy. It's got a much lighter and less meaty taste than most other prosciuttos. He's dying to get Victoria to try some."

Ever been caught surfing the naughty gay porn sites at work? It's gotta be a little embarrassing and in most places you'd lose your job on the spot!
Well a butler for Queen Elizabeth finds himself in that position after being caught watching gay porn soon after pouring her Majesty some tea. Robert Wilson, the Senior Under Butler to the Silver and Gilt Pantry, was ratted on by a co-worker, and was severely demoted for the slight.
Monster and Critics reports, "Besides being stripped of his prestigious job title, he was demoted to dining room assistant serving meals to cleaning staff, kitchen porters and others. He has gone from one of the best jobs - and rooms - in the Palace to one of the worst."
Luckily working at MANHUNT has it perks--looking at porn is almost mandatory! I guess this queen (pun intended) got lucky he at least got to keep his job.

After his conviction for chaining and imprisoning an escort, I think any run-in with Boy George would be a little scary. But imagine such an encounter while naked in a prison shower! That's what happened to Jack Tweed, the widower of British reality star Jade Goody who died of cancer last month.
The Sun reports, "A pal [of Jack's] said 'Jack isn’t exactly the most comfortable person when it comes to getting attention from other men. As soon as he saw Boy George was standing there naked having a wash he was gobsmacked. He grew up listening to George’s records but never imagined the first time he met him he would be stark naked in a prison shower.' Sources said Jack TWICE went to the showers only to find 1980s icon Boy George."
I think I'll skip the obligatory prison shower joke if you don't mind. But if you have any, feel free!

The Obamas were kicking it with the Queen of England yesterday when a seemingly innocent touch to the Queen's back by Michelle Obama started a mini (and pointless) controversy.
This isn't the first time someone has gotten in trouble for touching the Queen. In 1992 Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating was heavily criticized for placing his hand on the Queen's back.
But judging from Buckingham Palace's response, they aren't making a bid deal out the situation saying, "This was a mutual and spontaneous display of affection and appreciation between The Queen and Michelle Obama.”
So while much of the media is trying to stir the pot, I think it was a fine and genuine moment that the Queen reciprocated. What do you guys think?

Going to school nowadays can be tough with bullies running rampant, but imagine if your name was Mr. Balls or Ms. Cocks? Though decreasing in popularity, these have been common surnames in the past.
Names like Cocks, Shufflebottom and Gotobeds were once common in Britain, but a new study shows their numbers dwindling, "the number of people with the name Cock shrank to 785 last year from 3,211 in 1881, those called Balls fell to 1,299 from 2,904 and the number of Deaths were reduced to 605 from 1,133."
I still feel bad for the 1,299 who have to answer to "Mr. Balls" out there! It couldn't have been an easy childhood.
But for those who would love to meet someone with a hilariously inappropriate last name, don't fret, the surname Wang has gone up by 2225% in the last 12 years!

A British woman is pleading for volunteers to get her son laid. If that doesn't sound odd from the get-go, the fact that her son is a 21-year-old with Down's Syndrome might do it.
The woman, Lucy Baxter, claims she just wants her son Otto to "enjoy the same experiences as other men his age." She believes, probably rightfully so, that he would have a hard time finding those "experiences" on his own so she has turned to the women of England's generosity.
If generosity doesn't work, Baxter says she is ready to pay for her son's pleasure. She says, "I have brought Otto up to relate to everybody so he has always been to mainstream school and mixed with everybody. I would like to see him with a girlfriend. I would prefer to see him with a girlfriend who doesn't have Down's."
The concept seems nice enough, and Ms. Baxter does care for four other children with Down's Syndrome, but I'm not sure if paying for a prostitute or getting a "pity fuck" is the best way to go about it. What do others think?

Controversial Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary has come out with another batch of controversial statements, this time calling for the stoning of gays in Britain. Oh, he also threw in the all familiar bestiality comparison!
Choudary said, "If a man likes another man, it can happen, but if you go on to fulfil your desire, if it is proved, then there is a punishment to follow. You don't stone to death unless there are four eyewitnesses. It is a very stringent procedure. There are some people who are attracted to donkeys but that does not mean it is right."
Feel at ease my fellow homos, it takes four eyewitnesses for a stoning to occur, so you'll probably be safe. Also, let's not forget Choudary has his own past indiscretions, including use of LSD and lots of pre-marital sex while in college, but of course, he has seen the light!
For our British readers, what is the reaction to Choudary? As much as I've not been a fan lately, wasn't calling for the Pope's execution or pleading with British Muslims to donate to terrorist groups enough to get him silenced?
