Ok, There is obviously no need for a story line here; look closer. The images are vividly eroticizing the use of condoms, which both gay and str8 people seldom ever see. The images are also branding their Fuk-It organization.
It is also obvious that each person was chosen to represent as many people as possible in the gay community as all the guys look quite diverse and inclusive; another rarity in todays gay culture.
I applaud the FUK-IT peeps and I look froward to seeing more; It’s not rocket science, it’s obviously hot safe sex and it just made me ROCK hard.. 😉

‘Bout time D.C. get a little more proactive with “Safe Sex” campaigns and such considering they have the highest HIV infection rates in the country.
To bad I rate this as a failure though since, you can’t show the ad’s on tv, in print, or websites people visit on daily basis, can’t imagine too many people walking around with “Fuk-It” shirts on in public either.
But hey, it’s a start, and at least they are promoting a good practice.
