Admittedly, this is just an excuse to post more pictures of my number one celebrity crush of all time*, Mark Ruffalo (as seen in all his glory here). When news broke out that the hirsute actor wouldn’t be shaving for his role in The Avengers, people were like, “Gasp! Blasphemy! How is The Incredible Hulk going to be a hairy dude?” I don’t necessarily know who those “people” are, because I was mostly jumping for joy that every follicle on his chest would remain intact.
But people! They were all like, “How is this gonna work?” Then Mark ran his fingers through his luscious salt and pepper locks, and he casually responded, “Don’t worry, people! It’s just gonna. Stop overreacting and just trust the process, because Joss Whedon directed this movie, and it’s going to be great so calm down, will you?”
In my fantasies, Mark loves run-on sentences and faulty punctuation as much as I do! In reality, you’re about to see what he looks like as The Hulk, and I’m going to cry in a corner that Mark will never let me sit on his face. ::insert sad face emoticon::

* FUN FACT: Despite my bizarre and newly-established boner-crush on William Faulkner, I actually got mad Mark was omitted from Naked Pictures of Your Dad‘s “100 Hottest Men That Ever Lived” rankings. He’s my own personal number one, forever and ever.

i love mark ruffalo but….the hulk kinda looks like he has down syndrome. 🙁
I like Ruffalo and all, but I would have preferred Edward Norton reprising his role as Hulk. He was much better than Bana, and I’m none to thrilled that they re-cast the Hulk AGAIN for this movie.

Joss Whedon directed The Avengers? So that means the movie will also be filled with camp and have heavy gay sexual undertones like in Buffy and Angel? Score.
Also the fact that I didn’t know Joss Whedon was directing the movie shows how out of the loop I am.
For some reason, half the pics aren’t showing up and I can’t see him as the “Hulk”. But, isn’t the Hulk himself going to be CGI?
