This week has been pretty unremarkable in terms of new music releases, so we're really going to need your help in filling the final four slots of Saturday's Weekly Top Ten. For anyone who still hasn't voted in last week's edition, there's still time to ensure Lindsay Lohan won't defeat a handful of more talented artists (AKA everyone else on the countdown). Click through to get your last minute votes in!

When you're done doing that, please redirect your attention to this week's Wild Card round. Today's competitors include Natalia Kills, Stone Temple Pilots, Colbie Caillat and Usher. Choose your favorite from these selections, or feel free to leave a comment suggesting something else altogether. There's only one night to get your votes in, so don't spend too much time thinking about this!

———————————————————————————

Natalia Kills – Activate My Heart: Natalia's brand of "dark pop" has already garnered her the inevitable Lady Gaga comparisons. Though both artists have roots at Cherrytree Records, Natalia draws less of her inspiration from dance music. "Activate My Heart" is the buzz single for her upcoming album. Does it have you buzzing?

———————————————————————————

Stone Temple Pilots – Between The Lines by Atlantic Records

Stone Temple Pilots – Between The Lines: After only three weeks, the Stone Temple Pilots have surpassed Alice in Chains to nab the number one spot on Billboard's modern rock charts. This may have had something to do with the amazing lyric, "You always were my favorite drug, even when we used to take drugs."

———————————————————————————

Colbie Caillat – I Never Told You: This chick bores me to death, but we couldn't completely ignore her new music video. If I wasn't worried about falling asleep on my keyboard, I'd write more about this song…

———————————————————————————

Usher f/ Will.i.am – OMG: I might like this song if the music video had involved Usher stripping down naked, rubbing honey all over his abs and having another man lick it off. Alas, it did not involve any of these things. At least it's blowing up on the iTunes charts? That must mean somebody's listening to it, right?

  1. You must check out a great new video and song by Diana Vickers, ONCE. It’s a UK single, but you’re always on the edge anyway….:)

  2. I completely agree with TW. I suggested last week Diana Vicker’s single and you ignored it for the Wild Card, the video is great.

  3. I actually like “Zombie” by Natalia Kills more than “Activate My Heart”. May I suggest “Dum Tek Tek” by Hadise and/or “Better Than Her” by Matisse.

  4. I agree with Cliff that “Zombie” is better than “Activate My Heart” but it’s nice to see Natalia Kills up here.
I recommend Ellie Goulding “Starry Eyed” and Kimberly Cole “Smack You” for the charts.

  5. wow diana vickers has a magnificent bomb on her hands except for the queers of course that will proudly display the attraction and justice of ‘Once’. meaning most gay men believe in the same old way of sex ‘once’ and forget we ever met. how sad that we’re still giving that thought credibility instead of making way for (r)evolution for gay life to be regular and accepted for more that just anonymous sex partners ‘once’… over and over.
