I think calling them chimp feet is a nasty, mean thing to say and I don’t know where people get off saying mean nasty things about other people’s bodies, but I don’t know that it’s racist … I interpreted it more like when people say a person has a horse face. (another mean thing to say.)
I think it’s more questionable that so many people instantly equated “chimp feet + black person = racism” when that wasn’t clearly stated to begin with. It was just a critique, a nasty one, but not necessarily a racist one.
When you just throw around the “racism” card willy nilly, without knowing all the angles, it kind of diminishes the power of the word. Which should not happen. But that’s just my view. Take with a grain of salt.

i don’t think carni had “racist intentions” with his ‘chimpanzee foot’ comment (the typical pejorative-comparative for blacks is monkey, not chimpanzee specifically — as far as i’m aware, anyway), although i can readily understand why Radars might perk up at seeing that particular criticism; actually, in that one picture which i believe carni was referencing, i personally feel tyson’s left foot was photographed in an unflattering manner..
