Rumor has it that the California Supreme Court's ruling on Prop 8 could be revealed as soon as tomorrow. Given that the June 3 deadline is creeping up sooner than you'd think, there may be some truth behind this little bit of gossip.
Melissa Griffin of The Examiner has broken it down that four of the Justices are against Prop 8, while three would support upholding it. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the announcement comes tomorrow, and let's hope that announcement's a good one!

Hmmmm…not to rain on anyone’s parade here, but wasn’t this a done deal with the voters? If not, does it mean the voice of the people only matter if it aligns with the California Supreme Court Justices’ liberal agenda?
The thing is, it’s a matter of protecting the minority from the majority…which is where the court systems come in as far as challenging laws anyway
