My earliest memory of Pitbull revolves around his appearance on the Ying Yang Twins “Shake”. Shortly after, it seemed like he became the go-to act when parents couldn’t get (insert much more famous rapper here) for their daughters’ Super Sweet Sixteen. Seriously. Was he on every episode of that show? Or did I somehow only watch the episodes where he was booked as the party’s entertainment?
All jokes aside, Pitbull (for better or worse) is becoming a star in his own right. He officially broke out into the mainstream with his 2009 top ten hit “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)”, following it up with a string of high-profile guest appearances on songs by Enrique Iglesias, Usher and Jennifer Lopez. His latest album, Planet Pit, has already knocked out two more hits—“Give Me Everything” and “Hey Baby (Drop It To The Floor)”.
Blah, blah, blah! You know the story by now. Overall, while I’m not entirely sure how I feel about Pitbull’s music, I’m coming to terms with the fact that he’s more attractive than I’d like to admit. This is especially true when he leaves a few of his top buttons open and shows off his chest hair… Am I the only one who wants to do a little horizontal Secret Sex dance with him?
