Random Question: Your Workout Plan?

While I may have a tendency to order pizza and eat it while watching The Biggest Loser, I like to balance things out by regularly going to the gym or finding other ways to exercise on a daily basis. It's less about sculpting my body to the level of a Manhunt Daily Wood model, and more about maintaining my health.

Since I'm aware that a few of you may have more strenuous workout routines, I thought I'd take this opportunity to let you share with one another. Swimsuit season will be here faster than you think, and we should help one another out to avoid glares from all the cruising queens on the beach. So how often do you work out? What does your routine involve?

Oh, and if you're somehow not familiar with the model above, his name is Cayden Ross. You can see pictures of him hard and naked here. Want to see him getting fucked up the ass? We've got you covered! See him getting plowed here or here.

  1. I work out 4 to 5 nights per week, one night for each muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms) with 30 mins of cardio in the mornings. As of tonight, I’m switching it up and I’m starting P90X for 90d days. I’m sure it’s going to kick my butt.

  2. Three days a week for me, my routine’s nothing exciting though.
I’m going to love reading the replies of these posts.

  3. hmm, the pokemon heartgold and soulsilver is out now and has a pokewalker feature which lets you catch pokemon and get items just by walking (its pretty much a fancy pedometer).
then the new dance dance revolution is coming out for the ps3 in may and i havent been using my currents ones much so i m going to get back to the arrows to pump up for it.

  4. 6 days a week with weights. 4 of those days I do 30 minutes of cardio. 4 meals (usually chicken/brown rice etc) and 3 protein shakes a day.

  5. I walk 3 to 6 miles every day and on weekends I hike or rock climb. It’s the only things I can do without being bored. Repetitively lifting heavy objects is not for me. 😉

  6. Gym one hour a day, 5 days a week … three days combined circuit weight training and cardio, two days cardio-only. Weekends can be spent out-of-doors (amusement/water parks, etc.), make-up days or rest days. Try to make better choices about what I eat (not just rabbit food). So far approaching 50 pounds lost …

  7. 3 seasons out of the year I jog five miles a day. (I hate going out in the winter.) And I do (or at least try to do) an hour of yoga or pilates 5 days a week. In the winter I don’t really do as much because without the jogging I have a hard time motivating myself to do the rest. And you can’t really eat nothing and be super thin in the winter up here because it’s just too cold so I let myself go a bit. LOL.

  8. P90X…. it’s awesome. High intensity, keeps you going with little breaks throughout each video. I still have my gym membership, i like going to the gym just to get out of the house, but for now it’s strictly P90X! As in the words of Tony Horton, “I hate it. But I love it!”

  9. the pokewalker: a reminder for pokemasters to make sure they don’t download roms iof they want the true pokemon ss/hg experience… 🙂

  10. Love that you wrote about P90X. It is a great program. All of the Beachbody programs are. My favorites are P90X, Insanity, and Rev ABS!
All of them are worth the monetary investment that you make as well as the investment you make in yourself.
P90X is a program that anyone can do even if you are out of shape you just have to modify. Just do the best you can, modify the moves, and keep pushing play 5-6 x a week.
If you incorporate that with making healthy eating choices with every meal you eat which should be 5-6 x a day making sure to eat lots of protein to repair the muscle tissue you damage during the workouts. Even an out of shape, overweight person will get results. Plus look hot in your suit this bikini season just around the corner.
If you want more information or help with the nutrition aspect please feel free to contact me at my link, I would love to help you get the most out of your fitness program.
I am a P90X grad, Insanity grad, 10-minute trainer, and now Rev ABS. I can help you get hot for bikini season, and hot for your hottie! Or so hot they all take notice when you are at the beach and pool.

  14. I love my Pokewalker. It gives me more motivation to go outside and run, or go to the local arcade and waste money on Dance, Dance Revolution.

  15. Pretty simple routine. I really need to switch it up. I bike 6 days of the week, doing 10~15 miles a day. I end up averaging around 70-85 miles a week.

I go to the gym 4 days of the week. I alternate workout days so my muscles have time to recuperate. I do a full upper body workout each of those days along with calf raises followed by 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.

My legs are as strong as all get out but my upper body and abdominal section is lacking. Really would like tips on the secret behind getting perfect abs.
