I’m a huge sucker for a crooked smile. Not in the “Oh my gosh that dude’s face is so busted” kind of way. I’m talking about an intentionally angled grin or smirk. You know, the type of face someone like Carl Hardwick used to rock all the time–mischievous, playful and topped off with a dash of cocky.
Perhaps I’m trying to explain this too much. Let’s just cut right to the chase–I was immediately drawn into Jose Ia because of his smile. His bad-boy facial expressions made me weak in the knees. Honestly, I’m not even sure if he was going for the whole “bad-boy” look, but I’m going to pretend… It’s more fun that way.
