I hear ya … I’ve done numerous searches and do not find definitive issues on risk to the top aside from blood contact. A few years back, I asked about 500 HIV+ top men on MH and asked how they got HIV, 1 got it from a cut on his dick, blood contact, 1 said he had no clue and every other single guy said they got it from bottoming. I’ve heard many cases of couples with a poz bottom and neg top and unprotected sex and the neg top staying top … however, not enough for me to totally cast off condoms either.
