Well, I have a bit of bad news for you (and anyone else who looks forward to the day when same-sex marriage is considered legal on a worldwide level). Italy's highest court has shot down appeals by three same-sex couples who were denied the right to marry by local officials.
We know we're a little late in reporting on this, but we hate delivering bad news when it comes to our quest for marriage equality. Hopefully, there'll be some good news in the future? Let me rephrase that–there will be good news in the future. We have to remain optimistic!
