Martha Stewart Twitter Mishap

Martha Stwart Twitter

Would you call this coincidental twittering? Martha Stewart announced the loss of her Chow Chow, a Chinese breed, which was apparently lost in some bizarre propane explosion. But the funny (or scary) part comes an hour later, when Martha tweets:

"I am preparing a Chinese lunch for my guests today."

One question: If there are leftovers, does everyone get a doggy bag?

  1. It’s offensive comments from people like that jackass above who thought it funny to write in broken english, that makes it clear that stereotypes, ignorance and intolerance exist within the gay community. You think it’s so funny to tease a race (in this case, Chinese) yet you probably would take issue if someone mocked your sorry self with a lisp and a limp wrist.
Grow up and be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
(and yes, I am part Chinese…as well as a mix of Portuguese and Hawaiian)

  2. ummm it’s fair for people in an english speaking country to have a problem with people that can’t speak proper english.
Like it isn’t just an accent that people have to deal with, they literally don’t know how to speak proper english and I think rightfully so we should have an issue with people like that in our country even — they speak good chineese, they can go live in china till they learn proper english.

  3. (Thank you, Manhunt, for having enough sense by taking down stealthc’s offensive post)
stealthc: There are just so many things outright wrong with your rebuttal that I can’t merit that with a response. You will need to review what you just wrote, and figure where this logic stems from, bud.
But I will respond by asking what prompted you to write in broken english, while blatantly mocking Asians, from the Martha Stewart article. Did you find it opportunistic that because the follow-up was about making Chinese food, that you thought it funny to mock an Asian as if he’s receiving an food order? Was it necessary to go that far in your response because you have a problem with Asians that visit or live in this diverse country that do not have a command of the english language?
I simply cannot believe that your line of thinking and mockery still exist in this country.
