It does and probably even better as long as you don’t ejaculate. You want to build desire for release within your body and mind and be very sexually aroused (like we were when we were boys with hormones out of control). The stimulation and desire are the keys. If you just didn’t jack off or play with yourself for 5 days, not much would happen. When you’re staying in an aroused state for that long, eventually your body will take any stimulation it can get to find release after the buildup of playing near the point of ejaculating (edging) but not going past it.
