Judy Shepard, chair of the Matthew Shepard Foundation and mother of hate-crime victim Matthew Shepard, has issued a statement saying that the foundation will be unable to accept any funds obtained from Mario Lavandeira's lawsuit against Black Eyed Peas road manager Polo Molina.
In case you missed it, Lavandeira wrote in a statement, "I will be donating any money collected from my lawsuit against Polo Molina, road manager for the Black Eyed Peas, to the Matthew Shepard Foundation."
