We continue to write about Jonny McGovern because—a) He puts hot guys in his videos, b) He puts hot guys in his videos, and c) We like his beard. In his latest clip, the self-proclaimed “Gay Pimp” continues his streak of debaucherous fun, placing a bunch of slutty go-go boys on a basketball court in very little clothing. It’s called “Dickmatized”, and much like his other videos, it’s annoying yet appropriately arrousing. Nice work, McGovern! Unlike Cazwell, you realize your fans don’t care about the “music” in your music videos.

i’ve been thinking about this video (not in a positive light) since i was here this morning — and am actually increasingly frustrated by the fact that (at least it seems) the majority of popular gay acts put zero effort into songwriting or performance, and rely entirely on the hot guys dancing —- you can still put near-nude hotties in videos with actual music – why don’t they at least pretend to try?
I believe we may be taking Jonny McGovern a little too seriously. He’s a musician in the same way that Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg are musicians. The hot naked guys dancing are all part of the joke. Just like the over the top nature of his lyrics.

but not just him — zeb atlas’s infamous attempt — and to an extent, cazwell – cazwell puts a little more effort into the songs, and they can be catchy… but still far cry from actual music
BET (and now MTV) has forever been airing rap videos using women as objects, remember Tip Drill? 2Live Crew? Somehow, they have real music, but when a gay does it, miraculously, the music isn’t real and they are relying on some sort of voodoo trickery. jDressler, firmly plant your tongue in cheek and maybe that pole will fall out of your ass? Just a suggestion.

The video is pretty much what most gay men do when they see hot guys playing basketball. Who doesn’t check out those bouncing balls, and tight cheeks. I’am fuckin guilty, and i’ll admit it. It’s a tounge and cheek song, i didn’t hate it lol, if it weren’t for the hot guys in it. The question is are they gay Men or just some dudes hired to wear tight shorts? This song isn’t one of the most raunchy toons that i’ve heard. Remember one called “I wanna fuck you in the ass” from days gone by….Too bad it didn’t have a video.
