For an ass-lover like me, asking whether jockstraps are "hot or not" feels like asking whether water is actually wet. Now, I'm well aware that I'm definitely not the authority on all things hotness, but I can't think of a single reason why someone wouldn't find jockstraps sexy. I love wearing them. I love seeing guys wearing them. And I especially love fucking a guy while he's wearing one, especially when I can grab onto the rear straps and pound away.
But who knows? Maybe you had a traumatic childhood experience, in which a jockstrap ate your kid sister. Perhaps you're furious that jockstraps have seemingly lost their functional value, becoming nothing more than a sexual prop for gay men. I mean, am I wrong to assume that most guys think jockstraps are hot?

I think it’s stupid when somebody wears a jockstrap for any purpose other than protecting their junk while playing sports. Boxer briefs, briefs, boxers, or just doing it commando are way hotter.

nyboytoy, I agree. I think they’re functional first for me. When I see one I think a guy’s been wearing one to exercise or play sports and getting it dirty and sweaty. That, to me, is not hot. They do frame an ass nicely, though.
They can be hot (though I’m not as turned on by them as some guys are). The wrong jock on the wrong body type can be pretty unflattering, though. I guess it all depends on the situation.

I can still remember when I was 4 or 5 years old and walked into the locker room at a public pool, and saw a couple of guys wearing what I thought was underwear without a butt cover, was and still am totally intrigued by the way a jock frames a nice ass!
Unfortunately I don’t happen to have a jock’s ass, and it does nothing for my looks to wear one for fun…
On a side note…my only interest in watching a major league football game is if one of the teams are wearing white, almost see thru pants…to get nice glimpses of jock butt framed in jock straps…YUM!

My love of jockstraps is based solely on their attention to the ass. If a guys wearing underwear like briefs, boxers….they dont necessarily draw direct attention to any body part…….but the JOCKSTRAP does that. I would say thongs are the same way, but sadly the thong is the most annoying thing because it covers the asshole and doesn’t lift the ass cheeks up like a JOCKSTRAP does.
Also Jockstraps with big bands are not good, because again it draws attention away from the ass.
I think jock straps r fucking hot !! but would agree with AP a jock strap should flatter a nice ass not take away from it.
