Takeshy Kurosawa is an Italian denim designer that I don’t think I’d ever heard of before today, but their fall/winter ad campaign is really stunning. Featuring young, handsome Stephen James camping in an Airstream on a lonely beach, the photos of the heavily tattooed model are stunning. And, yes, I get kind of horny looking at them.
Shot by a photographer who goes only by Simon, there isn’t a ton of skin visible here, and that back tattoo might not be your cup of tea. But I actually like it! A lot. And I’m not normally a huge fan of giant skull things.
I also like the look he’s giving the camera when he’s splayed out in the sand, and the look of his back and those wet jeans together. And it also helps that I like the clothes a lot. Good job, everybody involved in this campaign!

I was in awe when I saw his portrait. When I got here and saw his back, I wanted to puke. Such a destruction of beauty.
