Hot Flash: Olivier Valsecchi

Dust-x

Parisian photographer Olivier Valsecchi's "Dust" series has been making the rounds, and it's not just because of the bootylicious twink you see above. There's just something very alluring about the technique he used for these shots. Some of the subjects are suspended mid-air, while others appear as if they're fighting through the thick fog of particles. It all results in something quite ethereal, perhaps even sensual.

Outside of "Dust", Valsecchi has also done a handful of portraits and nude photography, which I'm sure you'll enjoy just as much. I'm a big fan of the last one in this post, and you can probably figure out why!

  1. Very interesting pics. I was never much into photography until I met hubby (he’s a semi-pro photographer on top of being a lawyer), but these shots really catch the eye. I’m looking forward to seeing more of his work.

  2. I’m sorry, but this is dumb, Lol!
It’s like someone just threw chalk dust on some naked guys and took pictures.
Guys aren’t even that hot anyways..

  3. hmmm…alot of art is not put out there for the viewer to tickle his pickle. this, as anyone who enjoys art can tell, is tastefully done and different. i dont need to see taylor lautner or any other raging testosterone driven guy on here because this is art, not pornography.

  4. since when is anorexia artistic ? Everyone has there own interpretation of whats art and( 2 me ) this is not it !! Although I do like the whole black & white look …

  5. These photos are amazing. Look where the dust settles in these photos — the contours, the manipulation… I think that photography is rarely something you should take just at face value.
