I’ve never had the desire to actually execute any desire to sleep with a straight guy. Sure, there’s PLENTY of straight guys that I’ve fantasized/thought about, but in the “real world,” once I know a guy is straight, any desire to actually get them in bed is gone for me. Totally had my prince charming picked out. Then, randomly in conversation, he mentioned an ex-girlfriend, so I asked if he was straight. He said yes, and instantly my sexual attraction for him was gone. I still think he’s fucking gorgeous, but not in that “I want to sleep with you” kind of way. (In some ways, it worked out because now we’re each others wingmen and I help him get the straight girls in the bar, and he helps me get in good with hot gay guys at the bar). Sadly, my buddy became MORE infatuated with him upon hearing he was actually straight, which I think plays into a whole separate post and story about internalized homophobia, but I digress.
So no, once I know a guy is straight, I have no desire to bang him anymore. I’d prefer a hot fuck to have some desire to sleep with me beyond just getting off.
If it pains you to ask the question then don’t. This post actually pissed me off.

C’mon, give the guy a break. He was 18-22, probably just beginning to be sexually active. Sure, the post could’ve been written a little more clearly (“routinely” does sound a bit habitual and somewhat compulsive), but most gay guys have the “he’s hot, I’m going for it” attitude when it comes to possible sexual “conquests.” Sex doesn’t just happen – someone has to pursue and initiate it. As long as the sex was consensual, I don’t see anything wrong with it. As he said, he didn’t drug any of them, they weren’t completely-out-of-it drunk, and if ever they didn’t like it, it stopped.
