Happy Cinco de Mayo! That goes to all those who are Mexican or of Mexican descent and to those who just need an excuse to party on a Tuesday.
But just to clarify and educate, one thing I always hear is that Cinco de Mayo is Mexican Independance Day. This is a common misconception but it's actually the celebration of the Mexican Army's defeat of French troops in the Battle of Puebla.
Okay, boring history aside, go out and celebrate but don't have too many Margaritas or you could wind up like this guy.
