Like everyone else who watched the first season of AMC’s The Killing, I hurled my clicker at the TV and let out a “WHAT THE FUCK?!?” when the season finale neglected to tell us who killed Rosie Larsen! We’d only been watching the brilliant (albeit soul-deadening) detective series for all the ways they made rain look pretty, am I right?
The producers swear they will answer that question during Season Two, which begins on Sunday night. I wasn’t that devastated because the guy who played the possibly shady cop Holder (Joel Kinnaman) was doing it for me in the “hot actor I like to watch” area. And I don’t even LIKE tall, lanky dudes. It just goes to show that your “type” can be messed with if the dude is sexy enough.
Kinnaman is straight from Sweden but he totally nails his role of Seattle police detective with street cred and a shitty past. The show is boss anyways, but he’s one of the best (and sexiest) parts.
