ITEM – I don’t understand why magazines such as GQ have international versions meant for English-speaking countries. Someone explain it to me?

ITEM – Hot tennis piece Andy Roddick is retired from tennis on Thursday. That was the same day he turned 30. Roddick has reportedly sustained several long-term injuries during his illustrious career, and feels that he would be phoning it in if he continued. I think J Harvey that the international version is just so that they can have non-American based ads. All those magazines are about the ads and selling merchandise from the pictures of the sexy models. As with most anything anymore, the answer is “follow the money and you’ll find your answer.”
