I think there’s frustration to the “constant” disclaimer about bareback sex and consequences. I was glad to see the disclaimer missing on this post for a change.

“Proof” is useless you sit on them for 3 months after they have the test to make sure they don’t have risky sex, and then retest, and only then have sex with them. You are capable of transmitting HIV for 3 months before it is detectable in an anti-body test, the most commonly used HIV test.
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests are claimed to reduce this “window period” to 48 hours but they are expensive and very few clinics or doctors currently offer them.
This is quite concerning, how many toilet seats are there in space?

My point was obviously lost – it’s not to gain “proof” but to illustrate how many men out there will jump at the chance for bareback, I use the question of bare to expose those guys that aren’t honest in their safe only and use that to weed out the more dangerous guys out there. I ask every guy I’m talking to about HIV status and safe/bare regardless of what the profile says. All about protection and I’m not just talking about a condom.
The other point about test results is again not “proof”, however, in general, guys that test regularly are more responsible. Amazing how many guys say they test but they don’t … again, weed out the dangerous ones – no matter how hot!
