Most of you are going to look at ganimedesrobot‘s art and think to yourselves, “Wow, this is some pretty weird stuff”. And we wouldn’t necessarily argue with you. Of course, a few of you will appreciate the dark quirks in his pieces. It’s not for everyone, but if you “get” it… you really get it.
The immediate comparison that comes to mind is Edward Gorey. Yet, stylistically, these aren’t on the same level. We guess it’s just a similar combination of disturbing and vaguely whimsical components? Perhaps one of you art aficionados can find the right words for it.
