As soon as word that Marc Jacobs would be announcing his engagement to ad executive Lorenzo Martone today, several cynical bloggers let out a collective sigh of “Again?”
But according to blogger and former Jacobs muse BryanBoy, it’s official. “YES, my dear readers,” he writes. “It’s true. Marc and Lorenzo are engaged. Marc’s in Brazil now and he’s meeting his mother-in-law in a few hours.”
Meeting the parents? This sounds serious! I’d like to congratulate Marc on making this big step, if only because his long-time fling with rentboy Jason Preston was such a hot mess. Remember that crazy threesome with porn star Erik Rhodes?
