D E N A is the stage name of Denitza Todorova, a Berlin-based Bulgarian songwriter who’s making a splash with her new single “Cash, Diamond Rings, Swimming Pools”. Her sound (and style) can best be described as “Galang”-era M.I.A. with an extra dose of 1990s flavor.
Original and/or groundbreaking? Maybe not. Infectiously catchy? Definitely.
