Chris Brown has pleaded guilty for his assault on Rihanna back in February. Don't celebrate just yet though. Chris will NOT be serving any time behind bars, instead he will get 180 days of community service in which he will carry out in Virginia and 5 years probation for a felony assault. In addition, Chris has been ordered to stay away from Rihanna.
I'm not really sure how I should react to this. Personally I think the sentence was too lenient. Did the judge not see the pictures of Rihanna after the attack? I dunno… if Chris violates his probation, he'll serve 4 years in jail. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

noone deserves to be subjected to unwanted physical contact of any sort, but we don’t kno the backstory behind this case..
rihanna has a temper herself, but people don’t seem to mention that.
while all the gay sites are talking about this story, they should also shed a little light on gay domestic violence and how the courts don’t take it seriously…
honestly, i think his punishment was a bit extreme but i’m hoping he gets his life bak in order and they both crank out that music that we love listening to!
if zac efron struck his ‘girlfriend’ im sure the public outcry wouldn’t be seething with as much venom…
