In an attempt to figure out as many ways as possible to get you to re-buy her album, Beyonce will "Upgrade U" with the release of Above And Beyonce. Yes, I cringed a little at the title too.
The album will include all the goodies from I Am… Sasha Fierce, along with 7 videos and 7 dance mixes. This release is not to be confused with a video anthology that will be released later this year, including videos for each of the album's tracks.
Long story short, she wants you to buy her album three times. Or maybe she's just giving us options? Oh, the creative ways they're trying to save the music industry…

A reissue of this album is such a waste of perfectly good paper and plastic. Honestly, this “diva” ( I use the term so very loosely and with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek ) has only had two decent singles in her entire solo career: “Irreplaceable” and “Crazy In Love”. Her former Destiny’s Child cohorts have produced much tighter, stronger tracks over the past years. Michelle Williams’ “We Break The Dawn” was an amazing number as was “The Greatest” and “Hello Heartbreak”. Kelly Rowland’s solo efforts have also been incredibly strong not to mention her current song with Dave Guetta “When Love Takes Over”. Beyonce, however, is about as disposable as a “diva” comes. Yawn.
