Most people try to prevent fuzzy green stuff from growing in their bathrooms, but Nguyen La Chanh of Switzerland has designed a bathmat made of moss. It doesn't require conventional watering like other house plants. Just drip onto it when you get of the shower!
Nguyen explains her big idea:"I think this mat would appeal to people who miss a corner of nature in
their apartments – perhaps if they live in an urban environment, far from
parks and nature areas. It's relaxing, feels lovely and soft under the feet and doesn't need
much care."
This is indeed a clever invention, but I wonder if it's just a little too organic, even for the greenest hipsters.
