I'm a closet Carrie Underwood fan. Well, to be quite honest, it's not that much of a secret. I'm not running around in panties with her name embroidered on them or anything, but if you ask me if I like her music, I will respond with a hearty "Fuck yes". Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to get into her new single "Cowboy Casanova". Maybe it'll grow on me?
The song just seems like it's trying too hard to pick up where "Before He Cheats" and "Last Name" left off. It could have very well been on that level with a little more oomph, but it's falling a bit flat for me. What do you think?

I love it. I’m not a country fan, but Carrie has something special in her voice. Cowboy Casanova is an awesome new single, I could definitely see dancing to it or rocking out to it in my car.

Love the song, but like so many of her other videos, in my opinion, the video is just ‘meh’…By NO means any sort of artistic expert or anything, but I think that it would have fit the song better if the guy, throughout the video, made his way through the group of girls, one by one, until only Carrie was left…but that’s just me and my two cents…
