TGIF Honey Sippers! So I came up with this idea where the first Friday of each month, I’ll search for a work out and/or diet plan for all of you Muscle Marys and Gym Bunnies.

This month’s first feature is celebrity personal trainer/nutritionist Harley Pasternak. His client list consists of Kanye West, Jessica Simpson, John Mayer, and Alicia Keys just to name a few. In the Beginning...

The 5-Factor Diet was originally created for

breaks on movie sets. In addition, he needed to create healthy meals in
