Minister Matthew C. Manning in an "ex-gay" who makes some really wild claims. Aside from claiming to be gay-free since 1989 Manning says he has been miraculously rid of HIV since 1994. But the record and the truth say something entirely different, not shockingly.
Manning is the founder of Lighthouse World Evangelism Inc. in Santa Rosa, CA.
Manning has been arrested three times for various sexual indiscretions, mainly consisting of illegal cruising in public spots. Sound familiar? In 1998, 2000 and 2005 charges or complaints were filed against Manning for cruising and inappropriately touching a 22-year-old man in the 2005 incident. That incident also led to a ban from Santa Rosa area 24 Hour Fitness... you connect the dots!
Never mind that requests to prove this miraculous healing never turned out any documentation. My verdict? FRAUD! I'm not being anti-Christian, I'm being anti-fraud and pro-honesty. Once gay, always gay... unless you're Anne Heche.

I don't want to be stereotypical, but based on his speech patterns/mannerisms alone he seems gay...
He's the exact opposite of what christianity is supposed to be based on; he's [allegedly] dishonest, sneaky, and performing false healings...
If he wants to shut people up, then he should produce some before/after hiv test results..
look at that man, what else would he be doing at a gym besides cruising?! obviously not working out...
